What is a timesheet?

A timesheet is a record of the amount of time you have spent at work. It is available once you have accepted the job. Each time you work a shift, you need to enter the start, end and break times into your timesheet.

When do I need to submit my timesheet?

You will need to submit your timesheet at the end of the working week. Shiftsimple must review your timesheet and approve in order for it to be processed for the upcoming pay run.

What happens if I don’t submit my timesheet on time?

You will not be paid until the following week, once you have submitted your timesheet and it has been approved by Shiftsimple.

What do I do if I am sick?

We understand that you may get sick at times. If you are currently in a job and are too unwell to go into work, please get in touch with the Shiftsimple team on 0426 504 524
We need a minimum of 2 hours notice

If you have accepted a job, you must attend. Under no circumstances are you not to show you for a shift without giving notice to Shiftsimple.

What time should i get to my job by?

  • Be punctual and on time
  • Arrive 15 minutes before your due to start (if permissible)
  • If you’re running late, ring Shiftsimple and inform them immediately.

What do I do as soon as I arrive at the service?

Remember at induction to introduce yourself clearly. Ask questions about the service, emergency exits, and where the staff amenities are.

What should I wear?

You must wear smart casual wear such as long black pants and a polo t-shirt or blouse. You must wear closed-toe shoes at all times.

  • Wear a broad brim hat while outside at all times (enquire about their policies regarding being a sunsmart centre)
  • Long hair should be tied up and kept out of your face
  • Remove dangling earrings

My account

How do I upload a profile photo?

You can upload or change your profile photo via the Edit button in your profile. By clicking on the camera icon, you will be able to upload a photo. Please note, you will need to select a professional photo in high resolution.

How do I change my contact details?

You can access and change your contact details via the Edit button in your profile. Your contact details include your location, phone number and email address. Please keep these up to date at all times.

When will my profile be approved?

Your profile will be approved after you have completed the onboarding process.

Your onboarding process will be complete once:

  • Your verifications including police check, working with children, first aid certificate (including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training), mandatory reporting has cleared
  • You have signed your contract
  • You have submitted your bank details
  • You have signed up and created your profile and undertaken the situational judgement assessment

How do I delete my account?

Please contact us at [email protected] to deactivate your profile and terminate your contract.
